You are seeking sponsorship from UFA for a concert, festival, workshop, or educational initiative you are planning.
Community Spotlight
You would like to nominate someone in the flute community to be recognized by UFA.

How to Submit a Proposal
Use the form below to send your proposal to UFA. You will be asked for:
- Your name and email address
- Which kind of request you are making: promotion, sponsorship, or a community spotlight nomination
- The date of your event, if your request involves one
- The amount of sponsorship you are hoping to receive, if applicable
- Details about your event or nomination
- A website or link, if you have one
